Golf Performance

Having pain or discomfort with your swing? Want to hit the ball further? Play more consistently?

Contact Good Life Physical Therapy to speak with our TPI-Certified Golf Performance and Rehabilitation Specialist.

What is TPI?

TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations and deficits in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.

What does the Golf Performance Program offer?

With the screening process, we can identify the players physical limitations so that you can work with your golf professional more effectively and help to address nagging aches/pains that prevent you from your best game possible.

With this package, you will receive a 16 point physical screen that all correlate with components of your golf swing, stretches/exercises/drills that can help address these limitations, and receive an evaluation for the potential necessity of physical therapy in conjunction with your golf package.
